Guides
The 49 compounds with a guide, grouped by the kind of question you arrived with rather than by the compound itself.
This site is organised on two axes. One is the compound: everything known about BPC-157 in one place, from what it is through to what a certificate of analysis can and cannot establish about a vial. The other is the question, which is this page. A reader who already knows the molecule wants the first. A reader asking what the evidence looks like across a whole field — which compounds have a human trial behind them, which have only animal work, what has never been measured at all — wants the second, and the groupings below are built for them.
Each guide answers the question across every compound that has one, then hands off to that compound’s own page for the detail. None of them recommends a compound, an amount or a seller, and none converts an amount measured in an animal into one for a person.
- Protocols42What amounts, routes and durations studies actually used.
- Comparisons29What has been compared with what, and what never has.
- Researched effects26What studies measured, by outcome, with the model named.
- Reported results15What has been reported, and how good the evidence behind it is.
- Sourcing14What a certificate establishes, and what it cannot.
- Safety & side effects49Documented adverse effects, interactions and regulatory actions.
