The site names no company: it signs as SwissChems and its privacy policy gives 42 Broadway, 12th Floor, New York, NY 10004, the address the FDA used in 2024. New York's registry holds an active Swiss Valuable Chem LLC (DOS ID 7325113), a domestic limited liability company filed on 9 May 2024, at 42 Broadway, 12th Floor #204. We could not establish whether that company runs the site.

Warning letter 695663 was issued to Swisschems, 42 Broadway FL 12th, New York, NY 10004, on 10 December 2024 by the FDA's Center for Drug Evaluation and Research. It names swisschems.is and two of its product pages, and asked for a written response within fifteen working days. On 6 October 2026 neither product page was live and the site's search returned no products for either name. We found no recall records in openFDA.

Its test-results page lists 93 entries (92 distinct reports) dated 17 May to 24 September 2026, open without a login. We opened all 92: 38 are from Janoshik Analytical, 36 from Freedom Diagnostics and 2 from Vanguard Laboratory, while 16 are Swiss Chems-branded and say only “Tested By A US-Certified Laboratory”. Of the named-lab reports, 27 list the client as IMT and 21 as Anonymous, and 22 Janoshik reports give a batch label such as “Test-ED7” rather than a lot number. Two Freedom Diagnostics reports we checked match the copies on the laboratory's own site; we confirmed no others.

Five other domains run their own shops under the name: swisschems.co (registered 6 September 2025, with a Dover, Delaware address and a different phone number), swisschems.us (5 December 2025), swisschem.net (22 May 2026, as Swiss Chem), swisschems.cc (13 July 2026) and swiss-chems.co (19 September 2026). We could not establish whether any is connected to swisschems.is; swisschems.us names swisschems.is as an alternate version in its page code, but swisschems.is does not link to it. swisschems.com is password-protected, swisschems.org shows a maintenance notice linking to swisschems.is, and swisschems.store a coupon-code page; twelve more variants are parked, placeholders, advertising redirects, erroring, unanswered or an unrelated business. The site this record covers is swisschems.is.
