The terms of service describe the operator as “a limited liability company organized in the United States” and name it TRUE LABS LLC in the liability and class-action clauses, with no state, address or file number. Registries show several companies of that name: an active Wyoming LLC (file 2025-001622989) at a commercial registered agent's address in Sheridan, and inactive or dissolved ones in Florida, Arizona and North Carolina. Nothing on the site ties any of them to this shop.

We searched the FDA's warning-letter index for True Peptides, TruePeptides, true-peptides, True Peptide, True Labs and TrueLabs, and openFDA drug enforcement records for the name, the domain and True Labs, and found no action naming True Peptides, true-peptides.com or True Labs LLC. The letters matching those words are to unrelated companies.

Its COA database, open without a login, lists 22 certificates for 12 products, each with a lot number. We opened all 22: 20 are from Optiq Health Labs, LLC of Santa Ana, California, reported on 30 August and 22 September 2026, and 2 from Freedom Diagnostics, reported on 20 August 2026; each names True Peptides as the client and gives the lot listed. A blog post on the site says lots are verified by MZ Biolabs, but no published certificate is from it. We did not confirm any certificate with the laboratory.

truepeptides.co, registered 4 July 2026, runs its own shop as True Peptides with prices, naming Everbrands Limited at a Sheridan, Wyoming address and an EU fulfilment centre that ships worldwide; true-peptides.com does not link to it, and we could not establish whether they are connected. truepeptides.ca, registered 24 November 2025, shows a True Peptides “Coming Soon” page, and truepeptide.ca a placeholder catalogue with checkout disabled. Of 12 other variants, three are parked, one shows a German coming-soon page, one returns an error, one redirects to a human-verification page and six have no site. The site this record covers is true-peptides.com.
