The firm that recalled the product labelled “Distributed by Umbrella Labs” from that address was Alpha-Tek LLC; Arizona lists an Alpha-Tek LLC (23042484) as inactive, at a different Tucson address. Nothing on the site confirms it as the operator.

We did not confirm any certificate with the laboratory.
