Its terms of service, disclaimer and refund pages name Penguin Peptides LLC, a Wyoming company, and every page gives 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming, with an EIN. Wyoming's registry, via OpenCorporates, holds an active Penguin Peptides LLC (2025-001666971) with that suite as its principal and mailing address, and Company Sage Agents LLC, at a different Sheridan address, as its registered agent. The Coffeen Avenue suite is a shared business and mail address listed by many unrelated companies, so it does not show where the business operates.

Penguin Peptides gives its address as Sheridan, WY (shared mail address) on its own site. Penguin Peptides LLC, registered in Wyoming, active.

We searched the FDA's warning-letter index and openFDA drug enforcement records for the name and the domain and found no action naming Penguin Peptides or penguinpeptides.com.

Its lab results page shows 61 test reports as images, without a login. We opened all 61: each is a Janoshik test report naming Penguin Peptides as client and manufacturer, analysed between July 2025 and June 2026. 47 give the batch as “Unknown”; the 14 analysed in May and June 2026 give “2026-06”. The site's own pages say products are third-party tested without naming the lab, and we did not confirm any report with Janoshik.

penguin-peptide.com (registered 26 April 2026), penguinpeptidess.com (19 May 2026) and penguinpeptidesusa.com (15 June 2026) each run a shop under the Penguin Peptides name. penguinpeptidess.com gives the same EIN and Sheridan, Wyoming as penguinpeptides.com but a different phone number and a Gmail address; the other two give no company, address or phone. We could not establish whether any of them is connected to penguinpeptides.com, which does not link to them. penguinpeptides.net redirects to the main site; eight other variants are parked, a placeholder, an expired Squarespace page, or do not respond. The site this record covers is penguinpeptides.com.
