The terms and privacy policy name Mile High Compounds LLC, governed by Colorado law, at 16055 Old Forest Pt., Suite 301, Monument, Colorado 80132. Colorado's Secretary of State holds Mile High Compounds LLC (20251550820), a limited liability company formed on 16 May 2025 and in good standing, whose principal office is that same address, which is also the address of its registered agent, a law firm. The FAQ says the company is based in Colorado Springs and ships from Scottsdale, Arizona; the FDA addressed its letter to the company in Clifton, Colorado.

Warning letter 721600 was issued on 31 March 2026, and posted on 7 April 2026, to Mile High Compounds LLC at an address in Clifton, Colorado, by email to support@milehighcompounds.is. It cites the site's product pages and documents on its skool.com forum that identify GLP-1 SM, GLP-2 TRZ and GLP-3 RT as semaglutide, tirzepatide and retatrutide, and asked for a written response within fifteen working days. On 7 October 2026 the three product addresses named in the letter redirected to the same products, renamed MHC-1 SM, MHC-2 TRZ and MHC-3 RT and still for sale, and the forum returned a 404 error. We found no recall in openFDA enforcement records, and no other warning letter in the FDA index for “Mile High Compounds”, “milehighcompounds”, “Mile High” or the domain.

Its COA library, open without a login, lists 163 certificates, each with a lot number, dated from August 2025 to October 2026; they open on Google Drive, on laboratories' verification pages or on the seller's own site. The seven we read name Mile High Compounds as the client and come from Vanguard Laboratory of Olympia, Washington, Kovera Labs, Freedom Diagnostics and Chromate. Its product pages name the laboratory for each current lot: Vanguard, Kovera, ILS Laboratories, Chromate, Ethos Analytics and Freedom Diagnostics. We did not confirm any certificate with the laboratory that issued it.

milehigh-compounds.com, registered 20 July 2026, runs a shop under the Mile High Compounds name that gives a Denver-area location, a 555 phone number and email addresses at milehighcompounds.com; milehighcompounds.is does not link to it. milehighcompounds.ca, registered 8 November 2025, runs a shop as BIO-PRIME Laboratories with a Zurich, Switzerland address. milehighcompound.co and milehighcompound.net, registered 16 May 2026, redirect to milehighpeptides.com, a shop trading as Mile High Peptides LLC. We could not establish whether any is connected to this seller. Eight further variants exist: three are parked or placeholders and five have no site. The site this record covers is milehighcompounds.is.
