The terms and conditions name Modern Research LLC, a California limited liability company, and every page footer gives 3835 E Thousand Oaks Blvd, Suite 420, Westlake Village, CA 91362. California's registry, as shown on OpenCorporates, holds Modern Research LLC (202462714173), an active California limited liability company with its registered and mailing address at the same suite. OpenCorporates hides the formation date and California's own search blocked automated access, so we could not see when it was formed.

We searched the FDA's warning-letter index and openFDA drug enforcement records for the name and the domain and found no action naming Modern Peptides, Modern Research LLC or modern-peptides.com. We also searched “modernpeptides”, “modernpeptides.com”, “modern peptide” and “Modern Research” in the warning-letter index, and found nothing naming it.

Its COA library, open without a login, lists 279 reports for 261 batches: 261 composition and 18 endotoxin reports. 276 carry a BN- batch number; 269 are from Janoshik, 7 from TrustPointe and 1 from Vanguard, and 2 name no lab. The three Janoshik reports we opened, dated 20 November 2024 to 29 September 2026, name Modern Peptides as the client, Modern Research LLC as the manufacturer and the batch shown in the library.
