The site trades as Apex Laboratory and its terms, privacy policy, return policy, about, contact and verification pages name no company, no registration and no street address. The terms say they are governed by the laws of “the state in which Apex Laboratory operates” without naming the state, and the about page calls it “a U.S.-based supplier”. With no company or state given, we could not search a registry for it.

We searched the FDA's warning-letter index and openFDA drug enforcement records for the name and the domain and found no action naming Apex Laboratory or apexlab.org. We also searched “Apex Lab”, “ApexLab”, “apexlaboratory”, “Apex Labs” and “Apex Wholesale”; the only warning letters returned, for “Apex Laboratory” and “Apex Lab”, were issued to unrelated companies and do not name this seller or its domain.

Its COA library, open without a login, lists 146 certificates for 74 products, each with its own APX lot number, issued from 10 March to 7 September 2026. The site states that the current certificates are issued by Apex Laboratory's in-house team and “should not be represented as independent third-party verification”; the certificate we opened in full, BPC-157 lot APX-2026-0725-B, names no other laboratory, and its chromatogram is labelled a Gaussian model, not detector measurements. We did not confirm any result with an outside laboratory.

apexlabs.co, registered 2 March 2025, runs a research-peptide shop as Apex Labs with prices in US dollars. apexlab.us, registered 21 January 2026, runs a shop as ApexLab that ships by USPS and FedEx to the US and Canada. apexlabs.shop, registered 17 April 2026, runs Apex Labs UK, a peptide shop that says it is UK-based. apexlab.org does not link to any of them and says it is independent of businesses with similar names; we could not establish whether any is connected to it. apexlabsofficial.com redirects to xtrapurelabsofficial.com. The site this record covers is apexlab.org.
