Summary

NuScience Peptides (nusciencepeptides.com) names no company and gives only Albuquerque, New Mexico, as its address; a NuScience Peptides LLC is active in New Mexico's registry. The domain dates from May 2023. The FDA sent NuScience Peptides LLC a warning letter in August 2026 over tirzepatide, semaglutide, retatrutide and six other products, none of them offered on 7 October 2026. Two other live shops use the name.

What we checked on NuScience Peptides

Five checks against outside records. Open any finding to see the source.

  1. Regulatory recordFDA warning letter, August 2026
    Action on record

Warning letter 733652 was issued to NuScience Peptides LLC, at an address in Cornelius, North Carolina, and info@nusciencepeptides.com, on 24 August 2026 by the FDA's Center for Drug Evaluation and Research, after a July 2026 review of nusciencepeptides.com; it quotes seven of the site's product pages and a PubChem page linked from an eighth, and asked for a written response within 15 business days. No response or close-out letter was posted with it on 7 October 2026. That day the eight cited product pages and the peptide calculator returned “not found”, the former bacteriostatic-water page redirected to a product named “Sterile Water – 3ml”, and the shop listed no GLP products; the archived home page of 20 September 2026 still listed a cagrilintide/GLP-1 blend, whose page was also gone by 7 October. We searched the warning-letter index for NuScience, NuScience Peptides, Nu Science, nusciencepeptides, nusciencepeptides.com and Cornelius, and openFDA enforcement for the name and domain, and found no other action.

  2. Operating historyOnline since May 2023
    Confirmed

nusciencepeptides.com was registered on 12 May 2023 through Hostinger. The Wayback Machine first captured it on 28 June 2023, already a NuScience Peptides shop listing peptides and SARMs with prices, and has captured it in every year since. New Mexico's registry, as shown on OpenCorporates, records a business formation filing for NuScience Peptides LLC on 12 June 2023.

    Checked 7 Oct 2026

  3. Business registrationNo company named; NM LLC active in registry
    Partly confirmed

The site names no company: it says NuScience Peptides is “a registered US-based company operating from Albuquerque, NM”, gives “Albuquerque, NM” as its corporate address and applies New Mexico law in its terms. New Mexico's registry, as shown on OpenCorporates, lists NuScience Peptides LLC (7250053) as an active domestic limited liability company with its office at 5203 Juan Tabo Blvd, Suite 2b, Albuquerque, beside its commercial registered agent's Suite 2a. The FDA wrote to NuScience Peptides LLC in Cornelius, North Carolina, where the same company applied for a certificate of authority (2763715) in January 2024; North Carolina revoked it on 12 December 2025. New Mexico's own search could not be read automatically, so we could not confirm the formation date there.

  4. Testing transparency49 public reports naming the lab and lot
    Confirmed

Its lab results page, open without a login, links 49 reports for 48 listed products: 42 from Freedom Diagnostics, 5 from Chromate and 2 from MZ Biolabs, dated July 2024 to July 2026. Every Freedom Diagnostics report names NuScience Peptides as the client and gives a lot, except one for Epithalon that gives “Yellow Cap”; the three we looked up by search code are on Freedom Diagnostics' own site. Lot 256, written with differing leading zeros, appears on reports for six different products.

    Checked 7 Oct 2026

  5. Other sites using the name2 live shops use the name
    Worth knowing

nusciencepeptidesstore.com (registered 15 March 2026) and nusciencepeptidesusa.com (19 May 2026) each run a shop signed “Nuscience Peptides” on the same template and registrar, offering a 15% discount for cryptocurrency and giving only an email on their own domain. We could not establish whether either is connected to nusciencepeptides.com, which does not mention them. nusciencepeptidess.com and nu-sciencepeptides.com, both registered 20 April 2026, redirect to another seller's page; nusciencepeptideslabs.com shows an account-suspended page, and three more variants do not respond.

What we couldn't verify about NuScience Peptides

  1. 01Whether NuScience Peptides responded to the FDA's August 2026 letter, and whether the FDA has closed the matter.
  2. 02Which company runs the site: it names none, and we could not confirm that the New Mexico NuScience Peptides LLC, rather than another entity, operates it from Albuquerque or North Carolina.
  3. 03Whether nusciencepeptidesstore.com or nusciencepeptidesusa.com is connected to it.
  4. 04Which payment methods checkout offers; no public page states them.
  5. 05Why lot 256 appears on reports for six different products, and whether any laboratory has confirmed the Chromate and MZ Biolabs reports beyond the copies the site hosts.
