The terms of service say the site is operated by Prime Vitality, Inc., doing business as Prime Peptides, at 735 State St Ste 422, Santa Barbara, CA 93101, under California law. California's registry, via OpenCorporates, holds Prime Vitality Inc. (6303267), an active general stock corporation at 735 State St, Ste 524, Santa Barbara: the same building, a different suite. The contact page gives a separate office at 133 E De La Guerra St, Ste 14, Santa Barbara. California's own business search blocked automated access, and we could not see the formation date.

Prime Peptides gives its address as Santa Barbara, CA on its own site. Prime Vitality, Inc., California, active.

Warning letter 695156 was issued on 10 December 2024, and posted on 17 December 2024, to Prime Vitality, Inc. dba Prime Peptides at 735 State St., Ste 422, Santa Barbara, California, by email to info@primepeptides.co. It cites primepeptides.co, its semaglutide and retatrutide pages, a weight-loss blog post, and social media posts from June to August 2024, and asked for a written response within fifteen working days. On 7 October 2026 the shop still listed semaglutide and retatrutide. We found no close-out letter, no other warning letter naming the seller under “Prime Peptides”, “primepeptides”, “primepeptide” or “Prime Vitality”, and no openFDA enforcement record naming it.

Its testing page, open without a login, lists 49 records for 22 products, each with a lot number, dated August 2025 to September 2026: 32 from Janoshik Analytical, 8 Freedom Diagnostics, 4 Bioviridian, 2 Horizon Analytical and one each from Accumark Labs, Vanguard Laboratory and Kovera Labs. The 32 Janoshik records link to Janoshik's own report pages, which blocked us; their report names identify 21 vials by cap colour, and the seller says Janoshik's codes differ from its lot numbers. The two certificates we opened, from Freedom Diagnostics and Kovera Labs, name Prime Peptides as the client and give the lot shown. Its about and sourcing pages say every lot is tested by Freedom Diagnostics.

prime-peptides.co, registered 30 June 2026, copies this site's wording, takes cryptocurrency only and gives an orders@primepeptides.co address. primepeptidez.com and prime-peptide.us sell as Prime Peptides with no address, primepeptide.store sells in euros as Extreme Peptides and Prime Peptides, and primepeptidesco.com sells as Prime Peptides™ from Hamilton, New South Wales, Australia. primepeptides.com, registered in 2015, is not shown to be this seller's: in 2024–2025 it held a login-only shop titled Prime Peptides LLC with an Arizona (480) phone number, and no site responds now. We found no link from primepeptides.co to any of them, and could not establish whether any is connected to it. The site this record covers is primepeptides.co.
